Guests attending the New York International Auto Show will be able to generate their picture-perfect Lexus RX or Lexus RZ450e, thanks to the use of artificial intelligence.
The Lexus booth at the auto show will feature a 98-inch screen that will guide users through prompts that will then be used to generate images featuring either SUV. An AI art tool, which was developed by data scientists and machine learning engineers at Toyota Connected North America, and trained on more than 500 photos of each vehicle, will then generate photorealistic or artistic style images based on these inputs.
Guests at the show will then be able send themselves the generated images via email, allowing them to bring their images home complete with any backdrop they could fathom, even one from a galaxy far, far away.
