Bentley has launched its 2023 Apprenticeship Programme. The intake for this year will see a total of 37 new vacancies, and is being launched to coincide with the U.K.'s National Apprenticeship Week.
The opportunities will offer talents the opportunity to join the firm at its carbon neutral 'Dream Factory' in Crewe, although applicants will be offered a blend of onsite and remote hybrid working arrangements. The recruitment drive will accelerate the firm's Beyond100 strategy, which will see it developing a fully electric model range by 2030, while redefining itself as the benchmark manufacturer in sustainable luxury mobility.
The firm states that training for this cohort will emphasise especially on electrical systems competence, digital software technology knowledge and project management skills, areas that will help drive Bentley's future.
