Cycle & Carriage Automotive (CCA) will be launching the much anticipated Lancer Evolution X (EVO X), both manual & SST variants at EVOISM.

Cycle & Carriage Automotive (CCA) will be launching the much anticipated Lancer Evolution X (EVO X), both manual & SST variants at EVOISM - the official launch party at the old National Stadium (East Entrance) on 16 February 2008 (Saturday) at 6:30pm.

This exciting event will be the congregating ground for all Evo fanatics. The east entrance of the National stadium will be transformed into a magnificent car display cum drift demonstration area. The stadium wall will be flushed with strong red lighting, forming the backdrop for the event. Metal industrial truss poles and moving lights will also be used to enhance the mood of being at an exciting launch drift party. The event will feature stunt demonstration by the Group N Rally driver - Katsuhiko Taguchi, where you will see him perform drifts and donuts accompanied by a spectacular display of pyrotechnics. The first 30 participants who managed to unscramble the code of the 'EVO Unscramble' contest on evoX.com.sg will stand to win a breathtaking, adrenalin-pumping joyride with Taguchi.

There will also be a showcase of different generations of Lancer Evolutions from the 'My EVO & I' contest. All that participants of this contest have to do is to submit photos or videos with a short write up demonstrating their passion for their EVOs. The top 10 participants selected will be invited to show off their cars at the red carpet "runway" at the launch party. For those without an EVO car, fret not. Show up with any dressed-up Mitsubishi car and get to bring home a photo memento with sexy Race Queens.

Heating up the temperature for the night are also three "kawaii" Japanese babes direct from Tokyo, who have specially flown in on the night itself to grace the occasion.

Intrepid Class 95FM DJs Jean Danker and Glenn Ong will be the hosts of EVOISM, hyping it up with their usual witty banter. Deejay from Café Del Mar will also be providing music entertainment throughout the night.
