CFMOTO aims to cater to both naked streetfighter fans and adventure bikers alike with the new 800NK and 800MT machines.

CFMOTO Singapore has unveiled the new 800NK and 800MT models for the local market.

The futuristic looking 800NK, which is based on the V.02 concept, is the brand's latest contender in the naked streetfighter segment. It is powered by a 799 parallel twin that's capable of 99bhp (74kW) at 9,000rpm and 81Nm of torque at 8,000rpm.

These figures are sent to the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox, which is equipped with a bi-directional quickshifter. The 800NK is also equipped with a multi-plate slipper clutch.

The 800NK comes with plenty of advanced features, with pertinent information displayed on an eight-inch TFT display

Facing the rider is an eight-inch TFT display that comes with voice control functionality. For the convenience of iPhone users, the system even features Apple CarPlay, so you can use your preferred navigation app and listen to your favourite playlists.

Helping harness the 800NK's performance are its adjustable upside down KYB front shock absorbers and KYB rear mono shock. Stopping power comes from dual 320mm discs in front and a single 260mm disc in the rear.

Aimed at bikers who are into touring and off-roading, on the other hand, is the 800MT Explore, the latest model to join the 800MT line-up. The 800MT Explore is an improved version of the 800MT and comes with more advanced features that include four selectable riding modes (Sport, Rain, Off-road, All-terrain) and Cornering ABS.

The 800MT Explore is powered by a 799cc parallel twin with 94bhp and 77Nm of torque

The bike's dual-channel ABS and Traction Control can also be switched off when Off-road or All-terrain modes are active, to give the rider more freedom to tackle a variety of surfaces. A steering stabiliser, which helps enhance rider comfort over uneven surfaces, is also standard.

Helping the 800MT Explore go off the beaten path are its 19-inch front tyre and adjustable KYB front suspension, which has 160mm of travel. The adventure bike has a minimum ground clearance of 190mm.

For longer journeys, the 800MT Explore also comes with a 19-litre fuel tank, and cruise control that works from 40km/h to 120km/h. RDS rear radar and a larger eight-inch TFT display, which has an IP67 waterproof rating, are all also standard.

Powering the 800MT Explore is a 799cc parallel twin that was developed on the KTM engine platform. It puts out 94bhp (70kW) at 9,000rpm and 77Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. Like the 800NK, the 800MT Explore has a multi-plate slipper clutch, and a six-speed gearbox and bi-directional quickshifter.

The 800NK (left) and 800MT Explore (right) are packaged with a launch promotion that offers buyers useful freebies

CFMOTO Singapore is offering a launch promotion for both models. Buyers of the 800NK will receive a Shark Spartan Carbon GT helmet, 5+1 free servicing and 3+2 years warranty.

The 800MT Explore, on the other hand, is being bundled with a crash bar set, a pair of aluminium panniers and a top box, plus 3+2 years warranty.

At time of writing the 800NK starts from $19,800 before COE and insurance, while the 800MT Explore starts from $29,900 excluding COE and insurance.
