The 2nd round of COE bidding for September saw rise in Cat B and E, whereas premium for small cars experienced a slight drop.
Premiums for Category A (engine capacity below 1600cc), saw a moderate drop of $5,000 to $63,000 from $68,000.
Category B (engine capacity above 1600cc), saw the greatest rise of $8,309, from $80,191 to $88,500.
Category E (Open Category) premiums ended at $89,990 a slight increase of $1,991.
