Limited to just 4,000 units globally, the new Cupra Formentor VZ5 brings back the iconic 2.5-litre TSI five-cylinder engine, which delivers an output of 385bhp and 480Nm of torque. It also offers an all-wheel drive system that distributes its power across all four wheels.
Cupra has also said that for the first time, the Formentor VZ5 will be available in both left- and right-hand drive in markets such as the U.K.
This limited-edition model introduces bold exterior design elements, including a distinctive front bumper, a front splitter with the engraved VZ5 logo, wider wheel arches, and a refined rear bumper and diffuser that houses the diagonal copper tips of its exhaust system.
Other exterior features include 20-inch alloy wheels in copper sporting the iconic design of the VZ5, dark chrome Cupra lettering, and a palette of five metallic or matt colour options.
Inside, ambient lighting and Cupra-branded interior details elevate its driving environment, with CUPBucket seats as a finishing touch.
The Cupra Formentor VZ5 will be designed, developed, and produced in Barcelona. It is scheduled to enter production in Q1 2026.
