Looking for a new, mid-year ride? Dongfeng has got you covered.
From 29 June to 5 July 2026, the brand is hosting a roadshow at Northpoint City's South Wing with three models on display, including a sportier Box and free upgrades.
First up is the Dongfeng Box, a compact electric hatchback that we'd describe as funky and well-specced. And if you're looking for a sportier version, the brand has got you covered too.
At the roadshow, Dongfeng is offering buyers of the Box, which won Sgcarmart's 2025 Electric Hatchback of the Year, a free upgrade (worth $6,000) to its sportier trim: The Box R.
Though unchanged in powertrain, this sees a host of aesthetic upgrades and enhanced interior comforts to the brand's popular model.
The sportier trim has exclusive exterior features such as a full width brake light and sporty bumpers with a choice of red or yellow highlights
For instance, the Box R gets 17-inch exclusive alloy rims with Michelin tyres. And at the rear, the sporty trim features a full width brake light connecting both tail lamps that, when lit up, displays "Nammi" wording, a nod to the Box's name in the Chinese market (Nammi 01).
It also has a rear spoiler that usually, together with the roof, comes in white. But for the model on display at the roadshow, Dongfeng has sprayed both these components in black - this goes the same for its side mirrors. Sporty front and rear bumpers also feature and are available in either red or yellow highlights.
The Box R's interior now features full genuine leather on all seats and ventilated seats for the driver and front passenger
Inside, the Box typically comes with synthetic leather on its seats as standard. But for the Box R trim, Dongfeng says all the seats are in genuine leather with a choice of either red or yellow stitching. And while the Box only offers a single front ventilated seat for the driver, the sportier trim offers both the front passenger and driver this comfort option.
At the recent The Car Expo 2026, Dongfeng offered buyers of the Premium variant of its 007 model a free upgrade (200kW) to the Performance variant (400kW). And in case you missed this deal, fret not; the same offer for Sgcarmart's 2025 Electric Sedan of the Year still stands at Dongfeng's Northpoint City roadshow.
And to sweeten the deal, every purchase of any 007 variant - Prestige, Premium, and Performance - also comes with free paint protection film wrapping worth $6,000*. While the 007 model on display at the roadshow is the base Prestige variant (99kW), not much separates them in terms of interior features. Thus, for buyers considering a car with a bit more power, they can still head down to experience the 007 for themselves.
On to the last model at Dongfeng's roadshow showcase: The Vigo, which officially launched during this year's iteration of the Singapore Motor Show.
As the latest model in the brand's local lineup, the Vigo is a fully electric, compact crossover SUV that is front-wheel driven and offers an output of 99kW and 230Nm of torque. With a battery capacity of 51.87kWh, this allows the car to go up to 471km on a single charge.
The Vigo is perfect for buyers who prioritise space, as though it only measures 4,306mm long, it has a wheelbase of 2,715mm. And in the back, rear passengers get a lot of legroom and headroom. This continues on in the rear, with a 500-litre boot more than enough to serve a buyer's everyday needs.
And with every purchase at Dongfeng's roadshow, buyers can also benefit from exclusive deals such as free premium accessories worth up to $15,000, 10 years of free servicing, additional trade-in booster for all Cat A models, and unlimited mileage battery warranty. Terms and conditions apply for all.
Besides the free upgrades and attractive prices, Dongfeng is also offering more freebies to give customers more bang for their buck
Now for the information that may make or break a customer's decision: Pricing. The Box has a starting figure of $161,888, while the 007 Prestige and Premium variants are starting from $190,888 and $211,888 respectively. Lastly, the Vigo has a starting price of $173,888.
The Dongfeng roadshow at Northpoint City mall's South Wing runs from 29 June to 5 July 2026, from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily. Customers can also head down to the brand's showroom at 1 Tai Seng Avenue, #01-23/24, Singapore 536464 for test drives.
