Equipped with 40 work bays, the new facility is said to be able to handle up to 90 cars a day.

Less than a year since the reveal of this special Taycan to mark the 10th anniversary of Porsche Korea, Porsche has now opened what it states is the second largest Porsche Service Centre in the world.

Located in Seongsu, Korea, the centre is additionally claimed to be Korea’s most eco-friendly Porsche service facility. It spans a total of 16,000sqm spread across 11 floors (and an additional basement floor) and houses 40 work bays, giving it the ability to handle more than 90 cars per day. But Porsche also states that it also plans to further expand the centre’s maintenance and body and paint facilities and to add an additional 25 more work bays.

The centre also features a total of 31 charging stations including four 320kW chargers and is supported by a team of nine high-voltage technicians and high-voltage experts.

Customers headed to the centre will be able to rest on a VIP lounge, make use of private consulting spaces, and shop at a dedicated space that houses products from Porsche Lifestyle and Porsche Tequipment. The site also houses a golf lounge with simulator bays and putting rooms, an event ship, and a cafe.

Porsche states that Korea is set to see a series of new model launches and an expanded dealer network. The brand also plans to provide a tailored customer experience for customer in the nation, which is designed to reflect the new era of electrification and digitalisation.
