Leapmotor to sponsor SG inaugural pickleball tournament

Leapmotor has been announced as the presenting sponsor of Singapore's first-ever Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Asia 500 tournament, in a multi-year partnership.

The PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open will take place from 23 to 26 July 2026 at The Sports Arina @ Expo. This marks the first-ever 500-level tournament in Singapore - the highest tier of professional pickleball competition to debut in the country.

The C10 SUV will be on display alongside a curated lineup of Leapmotor EVs at the event

The tournament will feature Men's and Women's Singles and Doubles, as well as Mixed Doubles, across both professional and amateur categories. The professional draw will offer $70,000 USD in prize money and 500 PPA ranking points, while the amateur categories will offer $9,000 USD in prize money.

And as a presenting partner, a curated selection of Leapmotor's latest electric vehicles will be on display at The Sports Arina @ Expo, headlined by the global award-winning Leapmotor C10 SUV.

Speaking on the partnership, Kin Productions, organisers of the PPA Asia 500 Leapmotor Singapore Open, said that this is "a strong signal of the growing commercial appeal of pickleball in Singapore and across the region", and that (the brand) is looking forward to working closely with Leapmotor to deliver a world class experience for players and fans.
