Two lanes on East Coast Parkway (ECP) towards Changi Airport were closed on Thursday afternoon after mud from a truck spilled on the road, according to The Straits Times.
By about 5:20pm, the lanes were open to traffic. The mud, which blocked the road just after the Bedok exit, is believed to be from a truck which had to brake suddenly.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the incident at about 2:50pm, and sent a fire engine to wash away the mud.
