Shell has launched its first Shell Select convenience retail store located outside of a Shell service station, at Singapore Expo.
Those headed down in their electric vehicles will be glad to note that Expo is currently Singapore's largest electric vehicle charging hub in Eastern Singapore, sporting a total of 20 Shell Recharge EV charging stations offering both rapid direct current charging at up to 120kW, as well as alternating current charging at up to 50kW. These chargers are powered by solar energy generated from the rooftop solar panels atop Singapore Expo.
The Shell Select convenience stores all offer a wide selection of food, with fresh and ready-to-eat meals available for those on the go. To mark the launch of this new store at Singapore Expo, a host of exclusive offers are now being offered.
Those that flash their ongoing Shell Recharge charging transaction to Shell's service champion at the cashier will be able to enjoy a Shell Cafe hot beverage at just $2 or a cold beverage at $2.50. The Singapore Expo location also offers customers the option to pick their preferred type of noodles and cook their very own ramen on the spot with the DIY Ramen Machine.
The existing Shell Asia app offers, including the opportunity to earn one Shell GO+ point for every $5 nett spend in store, as well as the option to redeem a $5 Shell Select voucher with just 150 points, are also available at the new Singapore Expo Shell Select store.
