Singapore-based online tyre retailer, Tyrepac, launched its new, revamped website with enhanced user-interface and usability.

Tyrepac, Asia's first and largest online tyre retailing site, has announced the launch of their new website in Singapore. The new website will also be made available in all future countries that Tyrepac operates with Hong Kong and China to be implemented shortly.

In line with the launch of Singapore's website, motorcycle tyres and automotive grooming products such as wipers and car shampoo, are also now made available online for purchase with tyres.

Other than making the website clearer, quicker, simpler for the consumers to buy tyres online, the other objective of the new website is to push the envelope of tyre retailing website in terms of design- for excellent user interface and friendliness.

    New features - product streamlining

Consumers can now streamline a search result further by clicking on "comfort", "wet grip", "all-rounder" performance, or "our recommended", which shows the most commonly sold products. Run flat tyre consumers need only click a button to find out what are the choices available in their size.

Enhance fitting location search, tyre reviews, and comparison function

Consumers can now find out the nearest fitting locations (and charges), read reviews from global consumers who have used the products they are interested to purchase, and make comparison of up to three products within the website.

Further enhancements include a shorter 4-step buying tunnel, and a simplified and very user-friendly FAQ segment.

"Tyrepac is always trying to push the envelope of tyre ecommerce in the Asia region. We are definitely on par with the newest trendsetter as an ecommerce site, and in terms of design. We do not see any comparable in the region presently", said Ler Hwee Tiong, Managing Director of Tyrepac.

"We are happy to be able to witness the growth of Tyrepac and its continuous strives to be the spearhead in ecommerce in the Asia Pacific region", said Frank Schuhardt, CFO and Board member of Delticom.

Customers can now log on to the brand new, www.tyrepac.com, to buy their tyres online.
