A 25-year-old businessman has been fined for driving a Ferrari with specially ordered false number plates stuck over the existing ones with adhesive tape.
Apparently it seems LTA does not only have a problem with speeding violators, there is an increase in the number of illegal licence plates as well.
Bidding for car registration numbers 1 to 9999 in the SKG series will start from 8.00 am on 7 May 2012 (Monday) and end at 12 noon on 12 May 2012 (Saturday).
