General Motors has announced that it will be launching a new Bolt.

The new all-electric vehicle is said to offer customers long-range while staying at an affordable price. The firm will reveal more details of the new Bolt at a later date. The car will join Chevrolet's growing all-electric range, three of which - the Silverado EV, Blazer EV and Equinox EV - are set to launch this year.

General Motors states that sales of the outgoing Bolt EV and Bolt EUV through the first half of 2023 have been the strongest to date. It additionally states that 80% of Bolt owners have stayed loyal to the Chevrolet brand, while 70% of buyers who are trading in a vehicle for a Bolt are trading in a non-GM product.
