The second COE bidding session for November 2024 saw Cat A dropping by $10,000, with the other private car categories also slipping.

    CATPremiumChangeQuotaNo. of bids
    A$89,889▼ $10,0001,0411,320
    B$105,081▼ $2,920

    C$69,000▲  $660 235378
    E$107,501▼ $1,499179298

The second round of bidding for November saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums for private cars continuing to ease across the board. Premiums for Cat A in particular, dropped by a total of $10,000. It is also worth noting that the total bids received across all private car categories also dropped this session compared to the last.

The recent announcement of the upcoming 2025 Singapore Motor Show and the announced injection of a total of 20,000 COEs come February 2025 may have dampened new car buying activity this month.
