The second round of bidding for October saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums easing slightly from last session's high, which came after the conclusion of The Car Expo. This session also saw the total number of bids submitted across all categories dropping compared to the last session. It is possible that dealers here could be waiting for the increased COE supply set to kick in come November before submitting bids to meet the orders received during The Car Expo.
