  • Lamborghini Fenomeno Roadster makes German debut

The ultra-rare open-top hypercar headlined Lamborghini's display at this year's Concours of Elegance Germany alongside V12 icons and hybrids.

Lamborghini used the Concours of Elegance Germany 2026 as the stage for the German debut of its Fenomeno Roadster, an ultra-exclusive model limited to just 15 units worldwide. The model also holds the distinction of being the most powerful open-top Lamborghini ever produced.

The Fenomeno Roadster took centre stage at Lamborghini's display by Lake Tegernsee

The open-top hypercar is the most powerful convertible Lamborghini has ever produced, drawing power from a V12 hybrid powertrain delivering 1,065bhp. Lamborghini claims a century sprint time of 2.4 seconds, while 200km/h arrives in just 6.8 seconds. Top speed is said to exceed 340km/h. The Fenomeno Roadster was displayed alongside the Temerario and Urus SE, both of which showcase Lamborghini's latest hybrid technology.

The Temerario combines a new 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors, producing more than 907bhp. Lamborghini also says the powertrain is capable of revving to 10,000rpm. Meanwhile, the Urus SE pairs a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 with an electric motor, producing a combined 789bhp and 950Nm of torque.

Lamborghini used the event to showcase both its heritage and future models

Adding to its newest lineup, Lamborghini also brought several of its best-known V12 cars to Lake Tegernsee. The display included the Miura, Countach and Diablo, with all three examples sourced from private collections.

The Miura's inclusion was particularly fitting, as 2026 marks 60 years since the model made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. The car featured a transversely mounted V12 engine positioned behind the cabin.

Joining it was the Countach, which entered production in 1974 and remained in Lamborghini's lineup for 16 years, as well as the Diablo, which famously surpassed the 325km/h barrier when it arrived in 1990. Together, the collection offered visitors a look at both Lamborghini's heritage and its increasingly electrified future, with the Fenomeno Roadster serving as the centrepiece of the marque's presence at this year's event.
