To accommodate the annual Utsav Deepavali Street Parade to be held this Saturday, the 17th of November the following roads will be closed to traffic from 1pm to 11pm:

- Rotan Lane

- Race Course Road
(between Hampshire Road and Kinta Road)

- Race Course Lane
(between the entrance of the open public carpark and Race Course Road)

- The carriageway of Kinta Road in the direction of Race Course Road
(between the entrance of the open public carpark and Race Course Road).

Police have also imposed strict restrictions for parking along the outlying roads and parked or obstructing vehicles will be towed away.
