Honda Civic Type-R (Parallel Imported)

After spending some time with the FL5 Type R, I can confidently say it's the best car I've owned so far. My previous cars include an EVO X, FD2R, RS3 and E93 M3. Honda really nailed the balance between performance and daily usability. The gearbox feels amazing, the handling is sharp and confidence and the car feels planted no matter where you drive it. Most importantly, it's a practical 4-door that's comfortable enough for daily use and family duties. Compared to the FK8, the FL5 may not look as aggressive, but the cleaner and more mature design has grown on me. The driving experience more than makes up for it. No regrets making the switch back to a manual gearbox. Every drive puts a smile on my face. The only downside so far is the lack of an LTA approved exhaust option.
