Exterior - Styling is nice from the front, futuristic looking, some angles like the earlier model 3. Side view, ok - if they remove that plastic thing from the side and do some body sculpting will look better. Rear is alright, but after looking at it more, not the best view.
Interior - sooooooooo comfortable. sooo silent. The noise cancelling speakers are doing a fantastic job.
ambient lighting is muted and only at the front. so if you like your colorful interiors, you will be disappointed.
there is loads and loads of leg room so wow.
the Mag accessories abit gimmicky as the magnets don't feel secure. Screen is a wow factor, however since the controls are all on the lower center screen, not very intuitive as you have to glance down.
1 very important factor!!! rear view mirror. It is practically NON-Existent... however you can scroll up and bring up the digital rear view mirror. Strangely only can set a max of 2min? iirc.. very strange. why not just implement a digital rear view mirror.
The Drive - comfortable, quiet, didnt feel all the potholes and bumps.
Amazing turning radius. Those of you who fear u-turns. this car is for you.
however i drove the entry level model and 11.6sec 0-100 really feels slow.. May want to up to the mid tier model. but my wallet cannot take the road tax.
Features - nothing to shout about except for the screen, the new IX3 has 1 upped the IM6 now though.
front passenger no massage, no fridge, no sun roof shade. Since i test drove the SL7 and V and the G6 before this, feature wise it is lacking.
I wasn't expecting much as online reviews were mixed, and SGCarMart reviews were generally bad.
Went down to the showroom and the experience is totally different from the reviews online. The IM6 is an extremely well built coupe SUV. The interior is filled with luxury material and the dashboard is fully wrapped with leather that screams premium. Similarly priced competitors EV do not have this level of luxury. Was expecting a mundane boring test drive but delighted to find it engaging and refined instead. The steering and drive sits between the Model Y and the G6, yet more comfortable and classy.

Having driven a Mercedes GLA180 previously, I can confidently say that the IM6 delivers an even smoother and more refined driving experience. The ride quality is excellent, absorbing road imperfections effortlessly while maintaining superb comfort.
The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is one of the best I've experienced. Its responses feel natural and human-like, making highway driving far less tiring and much more confidence-inspiring.
The Auto Park function is another standout feature. It is accurate, reliable, and takes the stress out of parking in tight spaces. What initially felt like a novelty has quickly become a feature I use regularly.
Inside, the cabin is impressively quiet, even at expressway speeds. The level of sound insulation creates a premium and relaxing environment for both driver and passengers.
Although the 75kWh version is officially rated at around 390km of range, I've consistently been able to achieve 420km or more when driving in Eco mode and adopting efficient driving habits. This real-world efficiency has been a pleasant surprise.
Most importantly, the car feels responsive at all times. Power delivery is smooth and immediate, with no noticeable lag when accelerating. The driving experience is effortless, refined, and enjoyable.
Overall, the IM6 has exceeded my expectations in comfort, technology, efficiency, and driving performance. It offers exceptional value and has made my transition to an EV a truly satisfying one. Highly recommended. โญโญโญโญโญ
Some of the owners may face the following...
1. Car goes into sleep mode after parking less than 10mins.
2. App couldn't connect to the car because it went into deep sleep and u cant activate any functions in car.
Please try on your car and if it happened to you, go to agent n pursue for rectification...
Design and looks feels like German engineering.
On the pricier side buy lacks soft closing doors.
Car is big and bulky but very underpowered if going with the Cat A version.
Unfortunately Spore charges road tax based on HP rather than the amount of space the car occupies.
A smooth drive and advance tech for its price. I really enjoy owing the car. The car feesl large initially but the 4 wheels steer makes it managble. I use to drive a much smaller sedan and never thought of an SUV till I started driving the IM6
After driven for about 3 months, I
I recently purchased the MG IM6, and I couldn
