Introduction
Unique (Since 1995) Pte Ltd started way back in 1995 and now boasts numerous branches in Singapore and a newly opened enterprise in the USA. The company was incorporated in 1995 when Chang How, an offshore technician, and two of his friends started Delco Auto Grooming Centre in a rented car lot at a petrol kiosk, with just S$4500 in capital. Unfortunately the partnership did not sustain and dissolved within the year.
Company Restructure
Chang How remained in the automotive industry and single-handedly continued the business. He started off by renaming the company to Unique Car Beauty Shop and moved operations to a small workshop, the size of one parking space.
In 1997, Unique had three workers and struggled with the business, despite offering numerous services that included interior steam cleaning, disinfecting car upholstery, polishing and engine bay cleaning. 3 years later, in 2000, leather restoration was added to the range of services offered.
In the same year, Sherine Chan joined the company and in 2004, the company underwent a significant transformation. Chang How moved from his single parking space and upgraded to a full workshop. The company's name was also changed to Unique (Since 1995) Pte Ltd.

Business Expansion
Starting with just three men, from 2010 they expanded and operated from more branches in Singapore with 30 employees and more than 80,000 track records - and are still growing. More notably, they even have outlets in other regional countries like Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Mexico, U.A.E, Cambodia and Bahrain with more coming along the way.
In 2011, Unique (Since 1995) Pte Ltd opened their first international branch in the sunny state of California, USA. Venturing into overseas markets allows the company to further extend their products and services to affluent individuals there.
With expansion in California, Unique (Since 1995) Pte Ltd started another subsidiary - CS-II International Inc to manufacture and distribute the products worldwide. Unique (Since 1995) Pte Ltd views the USA as an upcoming market for cosmetic services. Bearing that in mind, they will be opening the CS-II International Training Institute that teaches the technical know-how.
Besides operating in Singapore and US, they have operations in Philippines and an upcoming enterprise in the UAE.

With even more advanced technologies and science sorcery, this semi-permanent sealant requires a thin single coat to provide a long-term shine and protection. How long term are we talking about? Up to three years.
The CS-II Ceramic Coat is anti-static and weather-resistant that greatly reduces the penetration of heat, and protects from harmful UV rays to retain the finish of your vehicle. Within the coat, the molecules are inter-locked with the car paintwork so that the resulting coat does not get washed off like wax. The coat can also be applied to any surface except rubber.
Vehicles treated with CS-II Ceramic Coat can repel water and contaminants like a lotus leaf yet maintain a clear, reflective, showroom like shine. The CS-II Ceramic Coat cannot be removed by water, alkaline, detergents, or even pressure washers and can only be waxed or sealed off within three days of application.
Warranty
CS-II Paint Sealant comes with either 18 or 24-month written warranty while the higher end Glass and Ceramic coating comes with a three year warranty.
Rates
The rates differ according to the size of your car and the type of service you require. In general, the coating service starts at $280 and can go up to $1080.
The Ceramic coating service starts at $688 for a small car and goes up to $1080 for a large MPV.
The Glass coating service starts at $588 for a small car and goes up to $980 for a large MPV.
The CS-II paint protection service starts at $280 for a small car and goes up to $450 for a large MPV.

Starting from a petrol kiosk, Chang How and his team have worked very hard and have resisted tough times to where they are today.
